Welcome to Redhill Methodist Church

A very warm welcome to you as you browse the website of Redhill Methodist Church. We hope you find the information you are after please give us a call on 01737 771323 or email info@redhillmethodist.org.uk if you require help,

Here at Redhill Methodist Church it is our aim to offer an active Christian community of hospitality, prayer and conversations, for wherever you happen to be on your journey, physically and/or spiritually.

Our premises are open every day of the week. The church is available for individual prayers and reflection and the Office is open from 9am to 4pm for room booking enquiries and general assistance.

Church services are on Sundays. At 10.30am, 4pm and 6.30pm please look on the Worship page for more details on the services offered. On Wednesdays we have a 20 minute Lunch-time service starting at 1.10pm.

Our community is varied in age, background, ethnicities and interests and we seek to provide activities which reflect this mix. We offer toddler activities for  the ‘under fives’; Live at Home sessions for the elderly, Befriending Support Groups for the lonely, Youth Drop In, Badminton and Table Tennis and a variety of Fellowship, Bible Study, Choir and Music Group and Film Nights.  We have a Café, The Arches, which runs Wednesdays (11 – 2pm), and Saturdays (10 – 1.30pm) selling beverages – hot and cold – and snacks as well as offering a place of warmth and friendship.

Additionally other organisations use our premises for delivering services to the community – ranging from exercise sessions, i.e. Pilates or Line-dancing to Executive meetings.

Do be encouraged to drop in to see us – we look forward to getting to know you.

As Christians of the Methodist tradition, the well-being and wholeness of each individual within God’s purpose for everyone is a priority for us.  We implement this by adhering to the Methodist Safeguarding Policy

"There is a growing understanding that protecting children, young people and vulnerable adults is at the core of our faith. Safeguarding is about creating churches that are a safe space for everyone; a space where children can flourish and adults can live up to their potential. It is about enabling everyone to come to Jesus without stumbling blocks of abuse, ignorance, fear, compassion fatigue or the failure to recognise the experiences that so many carry within our communities."
